PACKAGE INFO
*A full website can take up to 25 -30 business days to be completed.

Before we can build your website you will need to provide the following:
- High Quality Photos (JPEG or PNG)
- Branding Color Options
- Sketches or design ideas
- Webpage Copy and Taglines
- Vector Logo and Branding Files
An initial 30-45 minute consultation will be scheduled after payment to discuss your vision. You will be periodically sent proof images of pages to ensure that the design is going in the right direction. During this time you will need to either approve or request for changes to be made. Once all of the designs have been approved, I will begin setting up your website in your personal account. We will be glad to schedule a phone appointment to walk you through the control process. You will receive free technical support for the first two weeks after your website is launched related to any bugs and small fixes.
REFUND POLICY
All projects are non-refundable at Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio. Under no circumstances can a refund be given after work (including proofs) have been sent for approval. A client must decline services during the consultation only to receive a full refund. Once the consultation has ended, the client has agreed to the work being done and there will be no refunds. PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for purchasing a subscription with WIX. E-Commerce websites start at approximately $28/monthly. Costs depends on which features, storage size, etc. you may need. You will also be responsible for the personalized domain cost starting at approximately $14.95/annually. If you already own your domain you will not have to pay for this cost.
